When the soon to be board members of Law Students for Community Advancement first sat down over lunch to discuss the need for a new student organization at San Joaquin College of Law, they each brought their own unique experiences to the table. It was not dissatisfaction that brought them together, but mere curiosity. Curiosity, after all, is the currency of change that moves us from what is to what if. For the four, the “what ifs” and the possibilities were abundant. By the beginning of the Fall 2016 semester, Raquel Busani, Jason Crockford, Joshua Hernandez, and Teju Olubeko were ready to present Law Students for Community Advancement (LSCA) to the student body. . . .
